Congrats to Ashley & Chris! What a gorgeous autumn Sunday afternoon for the perfect intimate wedding. Zionsville’s Lincoln Park was the best place to celebrate for these two Zionsville music teachers. A beautiful string quartet of beloved students played during last minute preparations and as the wedding party arrived to walk the brick aisle.
Chris’s mother was the officiant and Ashley’s mother escorted her down the aisle to her groom. The very best of friends and dear family filled the seats in the park. The sun shone down and the leaves blew off the trees. They couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day.
Time to celebrate with cake, cupcakes, and drinks. There was laughter filling every corner of the park as everyone enjoyed chatting and catching up. Family and friends gathered by the gazebo for pictures near the end.
As guests headed to dinner, Ashley and Chris took a few minutes to tour downtown Zionsville for a few more pictures. They felt the love as shoppers and diners yelled congrats and honked horns. The sunny weather and brick streets were a great combo for these newlyweds.
Perhaps this wedding day wasn’t exactly what Ashley and Chris originally planned, but I have no doubt it was even better. Thanks for letting me be a small part of your big day! God bless you both as you grow together and continue to be wonderful role models and teachers for middle school students in Zionsville.
